The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a fantastic bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, with good English skills. The hotel had a great location, just steps away from the subway and close to a shopping mall.

The price for a room for three people was high, especially considering the small size of the room. The toiletries were not replenished daily, a bit inconvenient.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness of the room to the comfortable sheets and divine shower. The housekeepers were attentive and changed our towels and fresh pajamas every night. The room was spacious, with a sofa area and a desk, and the bed and mattress were comfortable. We were amazed by the fine night view from our room, which faced a famous landmark. The hotel's location was unbeatable, right next to a subway station that serviced three lines and near a train station with many interchange trains. We were also thrilled to find that the hotel was close to an all-day, all-night shopping area and had a breakfast option available. The staff, especially the day manager, were really good, always greeting us with a warm smile and going out of their way to help us. The hotel even had convenient transportation options, with an airport limousine bus stop right outside.

The hotel's service was top-notch, with amenities like dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry available to us whenever needed. The room itself was beautifully furnished and equipped with everything we could possibly need, from ironing facilities to a cozy bed. We also appreciated the in-room safe, tea and coffee facilities, and the complimentary toiletries.

I had a very enjoyable stay at Sotetsu Hotels The Splaisir. The location was superb, with the Dongdaemun landmark and metro station right next door. It was so convenient to be close to the major shopping centers. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the staff were courteous and helpful. I definitely consider the hotel to be good value for money. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area.

The location of Sotetsu Hotels The Splaisir was fantastic, with subway stations and bus stops right in front of the hotel. It made it easy for us to explore both Seoul and Gangnam. The room was also spacious enough for our group of three, with plenty of space for our luggage. The hotel staff were friendly and could communicate well in English, a plus.

Walking distance to train station, good shopping, and historical sites. Wonderful city view from room, soundproofed, complimentary refrigerator, attentive cleaning staff. Convenient airport bus stop outside hotel, great for shopping and dining. Could weigh bags at lobby.
